Refund Policy

DnR Meowlogue Pet Shop Partnership - Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 21 June 2025

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You may return most items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Conditions:

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

    • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pet food, supplements, or consumables.

  • Personalized/custom-made items (e.g., engraved tags).

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., grooming tools, bedding).

3. Refund Process

  • Approved Returns:

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

  • Damaged/Defective Items:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

    • We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping).

4. How to Initiate a Return

    • Your order number

    • Product details and reason for return

    • Photos (if damaged)

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Note: Returns shipped without our authorization may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers bear return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping – we’re not responsible for lost returns.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Contact us first to confirm stock.

7. Late/Missing Refunds

  • If your refund is delayed:

    1. Check your bank account/payment provider.
