1. Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: You may return most items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats) are non-returnable for safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Opened or used pet food, supplements, or consumables.

Personalized/custom-made items (e.g., engraved tags).

Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., grooming tools, bedding).
3. Refund Process

Approved Returns:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Damaged/Defective Items:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
